Had been busy finding jobs lately, but unfortunately no many replies I had received so far. It kind of makes me emo for these few days and I just realise that the quote "the rich gets richer and the poor gets poorer" basically applies everything in our life. People with good grades get better jobs, people who already engaged in an relationship being disloyal etc. Does grades really that important to you, the employers? I mean of course, not with some lousy results like lower than 2.0 CGPA and not professional jobs. I might have an average results, but it definitely does not mean that my working capability is equals to my results. I seriously feel like I should had the chance to smack this sentence right to their very face when they rejects my application based on the grades. Not all people are good at studying and why should we being discriminated with grades when we talk about jobs. Unless your company does its business following a manuals, then I have nothing to say.
Hope everything will be better in the future
